- Technical Drawings: Design files, CAD files, blueprints, and other technical documentation uploaded by Users.
- IP: Intellectual Property rights related to the Technical Drawings.
- Services: The features and functions provided through the Platform, including access to technical drawings and the ability to order product production.
- Eligibility: To use our Platform, you must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into legally binding agreements.
Account Registration
Registration To access certain features of the Platform, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as needed. Account Security You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.
User Responsibilities
Use of the Platform:
- Users must use the Platform in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Users must not use the Platform for any unlawful or fraudulent activities.
- Users must not submit false or misleading information.
Technical Drawings:
- Users retain ownership of any IP rights in their Technical Drawings.
- By uploading Technical Drawings, Users grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use and distribute the Technical Drawings as necessary to provide the Services.
Prohibited Activities Users agree not to:
- Violate any laws or regulations.
- Infringe on any third party’s IP or other rights.
- Upload harmful or malicious software.
- Interfere with the operation of the Platform.
Privacy and Data Protection
Data Collection: We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to such processing.
Data Security: We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data. However, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Orders and Payments
Order Placement: Users can place orders for products based on Technical Drawings through the Platform. All orders are subject to acceptance by us.
Pricing and Payment: All prices are subject to change. The final price will be displayed at the time of order placement. Payment must be made at the time of order placement using the provided payment methods.
Cancellations and Refunds: Cancellations and refunds are subject to our Cancellation and Refund Policy.
Intellectual Property Rights
Our Content: All content provided on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Locat3d or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
User Content: Users grant us a license to use their uploaded content. Users must ensure they have the necessary rights to grant this license.
Confidentiality: We understand the importance of confidentiality concerning Technical Drawings. We implement reasonable measures to protect the confidentiality of such information.
Warranties and Disclaimers
Platform Availability: We strive to keep the Platform available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
No Warranty: The Platform is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
Indemnification: Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Locat3d, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising out of or related to their use of the Platform.
Dispute Resolution
Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Norway, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Arbitration: Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of Oslo Chamber of Commerce Arbitration and Dispute Resolution Institute.
Modifications to Terms: We may modify these Terms at any time by posting the revised Terms on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
